Surface Evaluation - We inspect the pavers for stains, efflorescence, joint sand condition, stone porosity, drainage issues, and previous coatings to ensure proper preparation and adhesion.

Deep Cleaning - Pavers are thoroughly cleaned using professional surface cleaners and targeted treatments to remove dirt, mold, mildew, algae, and organic buildup. This ensures a contaminant-free surface for maximum sealer bonding.

Stain Treatment (If Needed) - Oil, rust, or other stains are treated with specialty cleaners to prevent discoloration from being locked in under the sealer.

Joint Sand Inspection & Re-Sanding - We inspect the joints and install premium SEK joint sand where needed to ensure structural stability and proper interlock before sealing.

Controlled Application of Sealer - The sealer is carefully applied using a professional sprayer and back-rolled for even coverage and penetration. A strong flood coat is applied first ensuring deep penetration and joint sand is locked in. Then a 2nd coat or 'Top Coat' is applied to ensure a protective barrier and a sheen finish. A 3rd coat may even be applied if necessary depending on the customer's desired outcome.

Curing & Protection -The surface is blocked off to prevent traffic during the curing process. Light foot traffic is typically allowed within 24 hours, with full cure achieved in 48-72 hours depending on weather conditions.
